Future of decent work relies on youth empowerment
Workers Members of Parliament Hon Charles Bakkabulindi, Hon Arinaitwe Rwakajara and Hon Dr Sam Lyomoki, plus Central Organisation of Free Trade Unions (COFTU) Chairman General Mr Milton Tulyareeba were present during a graduation party for National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU) Chairman General Mr Usher Wilson Owere and Uganda Markets Union Deputy General Secretary Ms Jesca Mwijuka in Mbarara last month.
The two former students at Labour College of East Africa graduated in Labour studies at the Second ceremony which took place November 15, 2019 presided over by former Sports State Minister and Workers Member of Parliament Hon Charles Bakkabulindi.
However due to a tight work schedule their graduation party was pushed to December 15, 2019 in Mbarara.
